Thank you for all your help during the last year.
We are always grateful for helpers for our Monday rehearsals, and we welcome new members on the committee.
Parent helpers are vital on Monday evenings as rehearsals can only run if we have two parent volunteers in attendance.
Instructions:
Please would parent helpers arrive at Larkmead at 5.30/5.45 to put out tables with the registers, and to bring out the 'wheelie box' of stands from the cupboard.
Please be ready to serve water and biscuits in the entrance hall at 7.00. At 7.15 players are asked to return to the main hall at the end of break, to resume rehearsals.
We need you to be available in case of emergency, please (e.g. in case of illness parents need to be contacted - the folder containing players’ details is in the box with the First Aid Kit).
Please stay until 8.30 to ensure the 'wheelie box' of stands, music, registers and percussion are returned to the cupboard. Please ensure that the cupboard is locked, and that the lights are switched off in the main hall and in any classrooms that have been used during the sectional rehearsals. Check that everywhere is left tidy and that no possessions or rubbish have been left behind.
Apart from these tasks you should be able to get on with work or reading, or you can listen to the rehearsal.
